Grooved and streched SAW STEEL BLADES for sawing granite

  • Blade Types:Our Saw Blades are produced specifically according to the required specifications and standards to be used especially for processing granite on a Granite Gangsaws
  • Steel Quality:The hot roller bars are produced in our own rolling mill in quality FE7O/OL and C.60 with a tensite strength of 990/aa0 kg/mm2
  • Blade Sizes:mm 90 X 5 - 100X4 -100X4.5 - 100X5 - 120X4 - 120X4.5 -120X4.8 - 130X5 m. Tolerance of thickness is +_ 0.2 mm

Customers are requested to specify in detail as below :

- Width and Thickness

- Total length of the blade

- Length from center hole to center hole

General Condition :

We guarantee the quality of the steel blade and the tensile strength shown in the orders and in the invoices according to UNI norms. The supplier will substitute the blades in case they are not as per the above mentioned warranties, but does not refund, even partially, for damages which might occure during the sawing process as thee damages could be caused by external elements not depending from the supplier.

The following characeteristics can not be modified :

- Hole diameter : 20 mm

- Distance from center hole to the end of blade: 40 mm
